It offers large meeting rooms when required and offers a place to host events. Our caterer will take care of all the F&B requirements and offers a fresh menu every day while our gym partner offers a unique program to stay fit and healthy.
Our meeting rooms, event space and restaurant are in the making and are expected to open Q1 2026.

At Zuiderhof II, we offer an unique and stylish on-site Fit Boutiqs studio — where employees can recharge and strengthen body and mind in just 20 minutes fullbody muscle training once or twice a week.
Supervised by certified Personal Coaches, the efficient and comfortable training concept fits seamlessly into the working day; always on appointment, with groups up to 4 persons, no sweat, no need to change and amazing fit results for all involved.
